    We provide a global service as and when required by our Members in order to fulfill their personal needs and aspirations. In addition, through our international network of preferred partners, we are able to satisfy a wide range of elaborate requests in a prompt and discreet manner.
  • How do I become a Member?
    You can apply online via our membership application form on our website or app. Our Membership committee assesses prospective applicants on an on-going basis. Kindly note as a private concierge service provider, we accept a limited number of new Members each calendar year.

  • What is the pricing structure of your Membership?
    As a luxury concierge service provider, we offer bespoke Membership packages, tailored to each Member's individual lifestyle needs. Kindly note all of our Membership packages are designed for HNI & UHNW individuals and their families. Our Membership team will be able to discuss the pricing options available to you during the application process.
  • What happens once I become a member?
    A phone call or a meeting is systematically set up for the new members. During this call or meeting, your lifestyle manager will introduce him/herself and consider your preferences to fulfill your expectations. By getting to know you personally, we will be able to provide you with the most tailored services.
  • Do you provide one-off services?
    We only cater for the needs of our approved members. At this moment, we do not provide any services to non-members nor the public in general. Each membership is bespoke, allowing for the most personal, in-depth and proactive service possible, 24/7. Our members receive preferential rates and benefits across a global portfolio of partners, as well as access to our extensive member events program.
  • How do I contact my lifestyle manager or dedicated concierge?
    Your lifestyle manager is available by phone, email, WhatsApp, or through our app.
  • Does my membership have a minimum duration?
    Yes, the membership to Jet Setters Group is for a minimum period of one year.
