Terms and conditions ABU DHBAI RACE WEEKEND - 




The Client who has purchased a pass for JET SETTERS ABU DHABI F1 RACE WEEKEND.



A 3 day event on board a luxury super yacht at Yas Marina for the 2018 Abu Dhabi grand prix.


The actual occurrence of the recreational activity including 3 day luxury yacht pass, after race yacht party, premium track view, service staff, onboard entertainment, F1 driver appearances, live race coverage onboard, private security, onboard catering from Cipriani & premium selection of wines, spirits and champagnes.



The participants of the Event, who purchased their pass.

All bookings accepted by us and arrangements made by us are subject to these terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions prevail over the terms and conditions of the Client.


Booking and cancellations:

Bookings are to be processed via email at events@jetsettersgroup.com

Booking confirmation will be sent to you immediately for all on-line bookings.  If you have not received an email confirmation within 24 hours of making the on-line booking, please contact the team at raceweekend@jetsettersgroup.com or on +44 207 193 5198


Payment terms:

Payment must be made at the time of booking unless specifically stated.

Credit/debit card payment can be made over the phone or via PAYPAL.

Requests for invoices can only be processed with a valid purchase order and is subject to prior approval


Event Pass:

The Client will receive their 3 day yacht pass delivered to their address (hotel, apartment etc) in Abu Dhabi or at the entrance of Yas Marina.



If The Jet Setters have to cancel the event, our liability in the event of cancellation is limited to a full refund of the event fee only. We will not refund the following;

    •    any travel or hotel costs associated with the cancellation of an event

    •    any fees relating to the joining of a Faculty or Community with respect to the event booking.


All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to events@jetsettersgroup.com  


The charge for cancelling your booking is: 

    •    5 days or more before the event - 20% discretionary administration fee applicable 

    •    Less than 5 days before the event - No refund 


The Jet Setters accepts no liability if an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond our reasonable control resulting from force majeure, governmental regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion.
